These easy steak kebabs are ideal for busy weeknight dinners. The skewers cook quickly under the high heat of the broiler, just 1 to 2 minutes per side, and they’re done. The flavorful sauce helps make them something special. Flank steak is a lean, versatile cut of beef, but it is important not to overcook it since it can get chewy. Also, when slicing the meat before skewering it, be sure to cut it across the grain, which will help keep it as tender as possible. You’ll need a one-inch piece of fresh ginger root to yield enough grated ginger for this recipe.
